Once you have completed the form, submit your listing for review. You will receive an email to set your password and access your account.
4. Payment (if applicable)
If you choose a Standard or Premium listing, we will send you a secure link to set up your subscription. Free listings do not require payment.
5. Publish Your Listing

If you need to update, amend or cancel your listing, simply contact our team and we will take care of it for you. We are also happy to help with advert design, new imagery and promotional opportunities to help your business stand out.

How do I add my business?
You can add a listing by completing our online form. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be asked to create one as part of the process so you can manage your listing later.
Do I need an account to create a listing?
Is it free to list my business or event?
How do I claim my listing?
If your business already appears on the website, you can claim it by clicking the Claim This Business button on the listing page. Once submitted, our team will verify the request and help you update and manage the listing.
What’s included in paid listings?
Paid listings include additional features such as contact details, website links, social media links, image galleries, and increased visibility across the platform.
With a Premium listing, your page is completely distraction-free, removing related businesses and digital adverts so customers can focus solely on you.
How do I update or edit my listing?
Currently, all updates are managed by our team. To request any changes, please contact us and we’ll update your listing for you.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
All listings are reviewed before going live. This usually takes up to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) however this may vary during busy periods.
Can I advertise my business on the homepage?
Yes. We offer featured homepage listings as a one-off promotion, placing your business at the top of the homepage. Only four businesses are featured at any one time, giving you strong visibility to visitors. To become a Featured Business, please get in touch.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, the choice is yours. We do offer a discount when paid annually. These renew automatically. As part of our launch phase, all subscription management is currently handled by our team.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
To cancel, upgrade or make any changes to your subscription, please get in touch with our team. Changes will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I list events as well as a business?
Yes. You can add events such as live music, community activities, festivals and more. Events are displayed in our What’s On section to help people discover what’s happening locally. Once you have submitted your event using the form, your event will be reiewed and published.
